Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday).
• Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 7-8 working days (Monday - Friday).
• You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders must be placed before 17:00 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) to be processed within the stated timeframe.

Delivery Information

• We offer free delivery on all orders within Canada.

Delays

• Your order should arrive within 7-8 working days (Monday - Friday).
• If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.
• Should further delays occur, contact us at info@trueearthstyle.com for assistance.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated, which you can track on this page. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order. Creating an account isn't necessary, but it makes tracking your package easier.  

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@trueearthstyle.com  as soon as possible.
• Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
• Please email photos of the issue to info@trueearthstyle.com and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
